By downloading or using Sopa Azteca ("the App"), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
The App is a word search game themed around Aztec/Mexica culture. A personal, non-transferable, and revocable license is granted to use the App on your devices.
2. In-App Purchases
- The App offers an optional purchase to remove ads.
- Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your platform.
- Refunds are handled directly with Apple or Google according to their policies.
- You can restore previous purchases from the Settings section of the App.
3. Advertising
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. You can remove ads through an in-app purchase.
4. Content
All content in the App (words, translations, images, designs) is owned by the Sopa Azteca team or used with the appropriate rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App's content.
5. Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may update, modify, or discontinue the App without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for damages arising from the use of the App, including loss of progress data.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
