We build technology from a periphery that the tech ecosystem pretends doesn't exist. This is the manifesto.
We are not a Silicon Valley startup. We don't have venture funding, glass offices, or team photos in hoodies. We're a Mexican company building software tools from the State of Mexico, and we believe the next great technology products from Latin America are going to come from places like this.
This page is a public document: what we're building, for whom, and why we think it matters. Read the whole thing or jump to the index.

§01 · The thesis
Two pillars: build and train.
Most tech companies in Mexico do one thing: they build product. We think that's not enough. The other half of the job is missing: training the people who will build what comes next.
That's why Reserved Technologies is two things at once: a product house (four applications already running) and a talent lab (young people entering real projects from communities where no one else gives them a chance).
We are not building apps. We are building the future of Mexican technology, one person at a time.
The two halves feed each other: the money products generate funds the training, and the people we train build better products. It's a cycle, not an accident.
§02 · What we're building
Four products. One funds the rest. The other three bring technology to those who don't have it.
Each product exists for a specific reason. We don't build apps for the sake of it. Reserved, the reservation platform for service businesses, is the commercial engine. The three educational products, Aprentia, Sopa Azteca, and ScanFlash, are the tools we put in the hands of Mexican students.
Aprentia
Gamified learning for 1st through 6th grade. Aligned with Mexico's SEP curriculum. Bilingual. Adaptive diagnostic.
education · adaptive ai · 6 grade levels

Sopa Azteca
200 levels, 700+ words in Nahuatl. Mexica culture turned into a game. Offline.
culture · language · educational game

ScanFlash
Document scanner with OCR, semantic search, and AI summaries. For students and professionals.
ocr · ai · productivity

Reserved
Reservations for service businesses. Go + PostgreSQL + payments. The platform that funds everything else.
reservations · b2b · recurring revenue
§03 · For educational institutions
Free for any school. Public, private, rural, urban, small, large.
We made a hard-line decision: no school pays to use our apps. Not one peso. Not public, not private, regardless of enrollment size. If you have students and you want to give them better tools to learn, the four apps are yours.
That includes full access to Aprentia, Sopa Azteca, and ScanFlash for every student, teacher training, and entry to the student talent program for standouts. No asterisks, no basic plan, no "contact us for pricing".
If it's good technology and students need it, it can't depend on who has budget.
The model sustains itself from a different direction: through Reserved, the reservation platform, and non-intrusive ads in the apps. The money comes from adults using the commercial platform, not from schools or families.
For principals and academic coordinators
Book a 30-minute demo of all four apps.
We walk you live through Aprentia, Sopa Azteca, and ScanFlash, and sketch a 3-month pilot for your school. No cost, no commitment, no fine print.
§04 · For builders who want in
The lab. Five to ten people per cohort. Real projects, six months.
We're not looking for perfect résumés. We're looking for people hungry to build, willing to jump into a real project on day one and learn by working. We work in React Native, Go, applied AI. We pay, we train, and the best of the cohort stay on the team.
The lab is not a bootcamp. It's a small batch supervised directly by the founder, where you learn by doing exactly what's already shipping on the App Store.
For young builders in CS programs or self-taught
Next lab cohort opens in June 2026.
Limited to 5-10 people. Selection is by demo project and interview, not grades.
§05 · For those who want to be part of the movement
You don't have to work with us to be with us.
We publish a weekly newsletter, El Otro Lado, and run an open community on Discord. Both are free and open — if you've read this far, you probably fit.
§06 · Closing
For anyone who still believes things can be better.
It doesn't matter where you're reading this from. If you're a student who feels the system wasn't designed for people like you, a self-taught learner going without permission, a teacher who stayed up late thinking about their students, or someone who simply believes the future is built through work: this page is for you.
What we're doing at Reserved Technologies is not something one company can do alone. It's the first cell of something bigger: the idea that the next generation of Latin American technology can come from the places that have been invisible until now, built by people the rest of the ecosystem ignored.
If you made it this far, you probably already knew things could be different. The difference is that now there's a place where knowing it matters.
Start wherever makes most sense: book a call if you represent a school, apply to the lab if you want to build with us, subscribe to the newsletter or join the Discord if you want to follow the story from close up. All doors open onto the same house.
